How big is The Grass Wall?
The Grass Wall is 8ft x 8ft
What comes with The Grass Wall Rental?
When you rent The Grass Wall you get an all day rental and a complementary wood celebratory sign. We do all of the hard work like setting it up and taking it down. You just tell us what time to be there, where you want it set up and what time to pick it up.
How does the rental process work?
To rent The Grass Wall you will need to place a $250 deposit. This saves The Grass Wall for your event and time. Once you do that you will get a confirmation text + email. In that confirmation you will get a styling survey that will allow you to choose add-ons, colors, your complementary sign etc. After survey is complete you will receive a final invoice for your final balance. That will be due 7 days before your event however you are welcome to pay at any time before that. 3 days before your event you will get a text details confirmation text and then we handle the rest from there!
Are the add-ons required?
Add-ons are not required just an option to help you jazz up your grass wall. The add-ons we offer are a Ring Light, LED Celebratory Sign, Balloons, Flowers and a Photo booth (coming soon).
How much is the delivery + setup/takedown fee?
The delivery fee starts at $150 and depending on location can go up. Below you will find a list of cities we service and the delivery fee for that city.
Is the $250 Deposit Refundable?
If you need to cancel for whatever reason the $250 deposit is non refundable. Instead it will be issued as a credit for a future rental of The Grass Wall.
Do you rent anything else for parties?
No we do not rent anything else besides The Grass Wall and the available add ons. However we do have vendors we can refer you to for whatever you need for your party.
Where can The Grass Wall be set up?
The Grass Wall is preferred to be against a wall and close to an outlet if you opt in for any add on that needs electricity. We do not set the grass wall up at parks.
How do I know The Grass Wall is available?
When booking please use our booking calendar where you will be able to see The Grass Wall's Availability. If the date you are looking for is not available on the calendar then The Grass Wall is not available for rental.

Pricing
We keep our pricing simple.
Rental Fee: $399 Flat rate for an all day rental
Delivery + Setup/takedown Fee: $150+ (See our rates here)
Add-ons: $29+ (see our add ons below)
We do not offer pick ups we only deliver. Each sign comes with a standard complementary celebratory wood sign. The only add ons we have are the ones listed at the bottom of this page. Everything else was added by other vendors. If you need vendors for other services we can refer you.
